Pot à Peau, a brief history of our sculptural practice

“by proxy” – Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil presents the Carte Blanche of the Espace de l’Art Concret Proposed by Fabienne Grasser-Fulchéri, director of the EAC The ” vicarious” project was conceived and initiated by the artist Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil, as part of the Musée des Moulages de l’Hôpital Saint-Louis, an establishment of the Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris, located in the 10th arrondissement. Each year, this exhibition format invites a museum institution to nominate a living artist to occupy the galleries of this atypical museum for one month. For this new edition, the Espace de l’Art Concret (EAC), a contemporary art centre of national interest, and its director Fabienne Grasser-Fulchéri, are invited to participate. As a prelude to the exhibition dedicated to the artist duo Lamarche & Ovize, scheduled from January 25 to May 18, 2025 at the EAC, Fabienne Grasser-Fulchéri has chosen to invite them to take over the Musée des Moulages. This project allows the artist duo to present part of their sculptural practice, enriching this collaboration with a new dimension, in a unique setting.
